For all you runners out there spring marathon awareness is upon us and training in earnest has begun. What is your goal this year? London? Brighton? Getting round in one piece or getting a personal best? Good Luck with everything and remember to enjoy the whole experience. For first time runners my top tip is to get your name on your vest as it gives you such a psychological boost to hear the crowds cheering you on. It is important to be mentally prepared too. If you begin to feel you are getting stressed or struggling to see your goal in front of you, remember me, Sue. As I have been there, done that and got the t-shirt I know what you are going through.
